3 cups cooked or canned sweet potatoes mashed
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1 tsp nutmeg (if can tolerate)
1 tsp cinnamon (if can tolerate)
1/4 cup cream
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 chopped pecans, chopped (if can tolerate)
Blend together the sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, spices, butter, cream and half the marshmallows. Spoon into buttered baking dish. Top with pecans and remaining marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Marshmallows should delicately browned.
