Introducing your…ahem… toilet team
(glamorous, we know).
WE'RE NOT YOUR AVERAGE INTERSTITIAL CYSTITIS DIET SPECIALISTS WHO GIVE YOU LAME ADVICE AND SEND YOU ON YOUR WAY...
We’re here to help you heal the root cause of your bladder symptoms and find a supportive community.
And you have access to us, our hands-on support, and allll our knowledge when you join Road to Remission - Callie K Nutrition’s signature program.
I’m Callie,
The one who’s a die-hard Eagles fan, always wears hoodies, and suffered with IC for two decades before finding relief.
Through years of research, trial and error on myself, and many, many disappointing doctor visits, I realized that the key to healing my IC and OAB wasn’t a restrictive diet, it was calming my nervous system into a parasympathetic state.
After creating my signature process through healing my own symptoms, I knew I had to share what I learned with others.
Now through Road to Remission I’ve helped over 200+ women *finally* heal from their debilitating symptoms with a root cause approach (diet comes later, if at all). Like I said earlier, my team and I aren’t your average interstitial cystitis diet specialists.

I’m Beverly,
Support dietitian and serial SNL quoter. And I’m here to help you eat - and enjoy - food again.
Because If you’ve had IC for approximately 5 minutes, you know how restrictive and fear-inducing the OAB and IC diet can be. My interest in bladder health started when a close family member struggled with IC. I saw firsthand the pain and control it had on her life. While I don’t have IC myself, I get the tense relationship with food and diet restrictions.
For years, I thought I had food sensitivities. The fear of eating something I knew would cause a reaction, and how it controlled my life. It wasn’t until I learned the link between stress and my digestive system that I was finally able to resolve my “sensitivities.”
That’s why I’m passionate about helping clients take charge of their health in a holistic, nurturing, and compassionate way. There’s nothing better than watching clients live better lives — and finally enjoy all the foods they’ve been missing. (truly, the BEST!)

"Callie and Beverly believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself, they feel like home!"
I’m Grace,
The nervous system coach all our clients adore (Callie wrote that).
And not to overshare *proceeds to overshare*, but my interest in psychology, and ultimately my master’s degree in psychology, stemmed from my personal experiences as a teenager.
I struggled with chronic illness, an eating disorder, depression and anxiety. But for me, a pivotal moment in my life came when I joined a girls’ therapy group in high school to help with suicidal depression.
And honestly? That group saved my life. I wanted to give back, so I dove into years of study to help others who were struggling, just like I was - specifically with mind-body chronic symptoms.
And now, I get to teach you about the nervous system and the mind-body connection inside R2R. We aren’t just a run of the mill interstitial cystitis diet team. We uncover the root problem.

My role in Road to Remission®?
I’ll teach you how to understand and regulate your nervous system (THE key to healing your IC and OAB symptoms).
You’ll spend the first six weeks with me, hearing about my dog Ollie, and learning about the link between your nervous system and bladder/pelvic function - the pivotal shift and foundation to your health that helped Callie (and so many others) become symptom-free.
Fancy Qualifications:

-
Master’s in Counseling
-

-

Caretaker of my one true love, Ollie (dog, not human).

“I almost immediately felt better… just being in the support group.
The only reason I didn’t join sooner was because of the cost... but then I realized, especially with my life situation (son has autism, and husband has Parkinsons), that if I did not take care of myself, there’s no way I could take care of my husband or my son.”
I’m Aurora,
Systems whiz, accidental business owner and born and raised in California (sadly, not a Disney castle).
I’m the girl behind the scenes helping Callie run Road to Remission effortlessly. So any tech errors? You can officially blame me.
Like so many online service providers, I didn’t exactly plan to land in the world of business - I stumbled into it.
I started as a general VA and quickly realized that the tech side of things was where I thrived: Setting up systems, streamlining processes and making things run smoothly.
Now I get to help businesses like Callie’s scale by keeping their back-end operations running like a well-oiled machine. So if I’m doing my job well? You won’t hear from me or see me, and your user experience will be *blows kiss into the air* absolute perfection.
