1 cup butter
2 cups heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste (if can tolerate)
1 dash of garlic powder
3/4 cup grated Romano cheese (if can tolerate)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (if can tolerate)
In a large saucepan, melt butter into cream over low heat. Add salt, pepper and garlic. Stir in cheese over medium heat until melted. The sauce will thicken. Serve immediately over cooked pasta.
