Tahini Parmesan Dressing

Yield: Makes 1 cup of dressing


1/4 cup pear juice 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons light olive oil 2 tablespoons tahini 1 tablespoon coconut aminos 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese Salt, to taste 2 to 3 tablespoons of water, or to desired consistency


Blend all, taste and adjust salt to desired taste.
