1 c cottage cheese
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped fine
2 Tbsp fresh chives, snipped
1 tsp dried tarragon
1/4 tsp coarse-grind black pepper (optional, if tolerated)
crackers (without problem ingredients)
1Blend cottage cheese with parsley, chives and tarragon. Place on a plate or in a bowl. Sprinkle with black pepper over top (optional). Serve with crackers.
