Roasted Brussel Sprouts

This recipe is from an IC Safe Cookbook.


1 1/2 lbs Brussel sprouts

3 tbsp good olive oil

1 tbsp garlic

1 tbsp rosemary

1/2 stick of butter, melted

1 tbsp basil


Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves. Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil and other ingredients, melt butter before putting it in. Pour them on a sheet pan and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Shake the [pan from time to time to brown the sprouts evenly. Add salt or pepper if you can tolerate it.
