This recipe was modified by Kerri Cole as she adapted the recipe from "NiceEats". (@icfood4u) This is perfect for sandwiches and can be a dip for crackers.
1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese (freshly grated is best!) 4 oz. block cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1 roasted red bell pepper with juice 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt
Directions: Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least one hour prior to serving. Add to sandwiches and as a dip for crackers!
